Startup World Cup Bangladesh 2026

SWC readiness dashboard

Six pitch gates, with the exact remaining gap on each. 8 of 9 gates are content-complete. Stage: Pre-seed / pre-revenue.

Product go-live

Complete

Present: Working product verified live: document upload, browser-side extraction, server-side AI analysis, provenance-labelled report, verification checklist, exports and device-local history.

Remaining gap: None for pitch purposes. Live AI analysis depends on AI gateway credits being funded on the day.

Open evidence

SWC Deck

Complete

Present: Exactly 12 slides — SWC Bangladesh 2026 compliant: title, problem, solution, why LANDED/why now, product, traction, market & customer, competitive advantage, business model, GTM & scalability, team, funding ask & vision — with presentation mode and keyboard navigation.

Remaining gap: None on structure. Two bracketed founder details on the team slide and the ask amount must be filled in before presenting.

Open evidence

Traction Evidence

Partial

Present: Evidence-vs-claim table with verified product/deployment/demo evidence and explicit open items, plus know / assume / validate breakdown.

Remaining gap: Honest zero: no customer, pilot, usage or accuracy evidence exists yet — shown as open action items rather than filled in.

Open evidence

Market Research

Complete

Present: Bangladesh import context with Bangladesh Bank sources, importer pain points, bottom-up sizing method with confidence labels, and a competitor/alternatives map.

Remaining gap: Sizing publishes method rather than headline TAM figures until registry-grounded importer counts are obtained (sources listed).

Open evidence

Business Model

Complete

Present: Who pays, what they pay for, planned tiers, revenue logic, labelled unit-economics assumptions and the expansion path.

Remaining gap: Prices are intentionally unset until pilot willingness-to-pay is observed.

Open evidence

GTM

Complete

Present: Beachhead ICP with exclusions, four acquisition channels, sales motion, pilot strategy, a six-stage funnel with measures, and a 90-day execution plan.

Remaining gap: Execution has not started; channel effectiveness is unvalidated.

Open evidence

Demo Narrative

Complete

Present: Timed 2–3 minute judge script with beats, exact lines, what to show, failure fallback and prepared Q&A answers.

Remaining gap: Should be rehearsed live once against the production domain before the pitch.

Open evidence

Team

Complete

Present: Team slide with verified founder details: Zahid Hasan Emon, Founder & Digital Operator of TrendFlux Digital, IT background from Jahangirnagar University, founder portfolio indicators and demonstrated end-to-end shipping capability.

Remaining gap: Advisory bench (customs, freight or import advisor) to be added once confirmed.

Open evidence

Funding Ask

Complete

Present: Pre-seed ask of BDT 50,00,000 (≈US$41k, approximate conversion) with milestone-based use of funds, 12-month milestones and a non-capital ask (pilot introductions, broker validation partner).

Remaining gap: Exact percentage allocations deliberately not stated; no investors or commitments are claimed.

What we know / assume / still need to validate

What we know

  • The product works end to end and a judge can drive it live.
  • Bangladesh imported roughly USD 67bn of merchandise in FY2024-25 (derived from Bangladesh Bank country-share data).
  • Supplier documentation in this market arrives as PDFs, scans and photos — which is exactly the input LANDED accepts.
  • We have no users, no revenue and no accuracy benchmark.

What we assume

  • SME importers will pay a monthly fee to reduce uncertainty at the moment of commitment.
  • Indenting houses and C&F agents are a viable distribution channel rather than a competitive threat.
  • AI classification suggestions are good enough to save a broker consultation, not replace it.
  • Inference cost per analysis stays low enough for SME-level pricing.

What we still need to validate

  • Broker-verified accuracy comparison on at least 5 real invoices.
  • Willingness to pay: a signed pilot or a paid trial from a real importer.
  • Registry-grounded importer counts for SAM/SOM instead of estimated ranges.
  • Whether the buyer is the owner or the procurement lead, and how the purchase is approved.

This pitch pack contains no customer, revenue, partnership or accuracy claims. Where a number is not directly sourced, it is labelled as derived or as an assumption with its method shown. Prepared by TrendFlux Digital for Startup World Cup Bangladesh 2026. Last reviewed 27 August 2026.
